What you'll do

• Conduct property rounds and monitor resident activities
• maintain resident safety and an orderly environment
• document and report incidents, concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations
• assist with resident accountability, room checks, and key card management
• support facility operations and monitor common areas and grounds
• respond to emergencies
• enforce program policies fairly and professionally
• interact respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors.
