What you'll do

• Maintain and standardize client, contact, and project records
• develop and enforce CRM standards, workflows, and governance
• support CRM integrations, including Procore, and user adoption
• train staff on CRM use
• track RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, bids, and other opportunities
• monitor procurement platforms
• maintain pipeline and backlog projections
• analyze win rates and performance
• prepare weekly business development reports and dashboards
• conduct market sector analysis
• lead weekly Go/No-Go meetings.
