What you'll do

• Supervise installation coordinators
• oversee job scheduling, execution, and customer communication
• address project issues and delays
• prepare and manage computerized orders
• use CRM software to track progress and record notes
• organize installers’ schedules and prepare them for jobs
• assess service orders and complaints and implement solutions
• open the shop each morning.
