What you'll do

• Provide medical leadership and oversight for hospice services
• support eligibility determinations, care planning, symptom management, and compliance
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement
• complete certifications, recertifications, and face-to-face attestations
• participate in on-call coverage for continuous physician availability
• mentor and support hospice physicians and staff
• maintain referral relationships
• provide direct patient care and consultation as needed
• cover Virtual Inpatient Units.
