Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Organize and oversee service requests and repairs
• ensure vacant units are rent-ready
• maintain preventive maintenance programs
• work with the Community Manager on resident issues, staffing, bids, and purchasing
• train and supervise maintenance staff
• monitor parts and supplies
• inspect grounds and buildings
• maintain safety and hazard communication programs
• ensure community standards, curb appeal, and timely completion of service requests.
