What you'll do

• Evaluate non-emergency work requests and inspect job locations
• define scope and estimate labor, skills, parts, materials, equipment, and tools
• gather technical documentation and verify parts availability
• maintain a prioritized work-order backlog
• update job plans
• conduct weekly planning and scheduling meetings with Production
• create technician schedules using available labor hours
• review maintenance metrics
• maintain records
• train employees on CMMS use.
