The Equipment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Palm Bay, FL, working 2:45 p.m.–11:15 p.m., Monday through Friday; compensation is not specified. The technician supports Renesas Electronics’ semiconductor manufacturing facility, where the company designs and manufactures high-reliability semiconductors. The technician maintains back-end assembly and test equipment and works on complex electrical systems to support manufacturing operations. The role helps keep production equipment functioning through technical troubleshooting and maintenance, drawing on semiconductor equipment experience and established calibration and ESD practices.

What you'll do

• Maintain back-end assembly and test equipment, including wafer saws, die attach, wire bonders, automatic wafer probers, device handlers, and mixed-signal automated test equipment
• work on complex electrical systems, including 120-, 240-, and 480-volt systems
• apply familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 calibration procedures, and ESD practices.
