Process Technician — Injection Molding and Soft Trim

The Process Technician role is onsite in Fraser, MI. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour. The position supports manufacturing of automotive interior components in a high-tech soft trim and injection molding facility. The technician develops, optimizes, and sustains production processes so machines, molds, and process settings support efficient output and consistent quality. The role connects production, maintenance, and quality through troubleshooting, process improvement, operator coaching, and support for product launches.

What you'll do

• Set up, start, and adjust injection molding and soft trim processes.
• Maintain process parameters and troubleshoot process, material, and equipment issues.
• Support mold changes, machine setups, tooling adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Track efficiency and analyze scrap, cycle-time, and downtime data.
• Investigate quality defects and support inspections, capability studies, process documentation, product launches, and operator training.
