Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation is a locally owned residential HVAC and home performance company serving homeowners in the Phoenix metro area. This working manager will establish and lead the company’s plumbing department, combining residential service work with operational leadership. The role builds processes and a team, supports customer service and quality, and works with ownership and other managers to grow the business.

What you'll do

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting, and replacement work
• lead daily department operations
• establish processes, pricing, standards, and best practices
• coordinate scheduling and dispatch
• review work for quality and profitability
• train, mentor, recruit, and develop technicians
• work with ownership and managers
• establish performance metrics and accountability
• maintain safety and customer service standards.
