What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision and maintain line of sight
• oversee recreation, meals, and relaxation
• assist residents moving between activities and locations
• interact respectfully with clients, families, and agency staff
• help clients learn life skills and redirect them when needed
• complete required documentation
• assist the program director with assigned duties. Must be available for assigned shifts, which may include holidays and weekends.
