What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and facilitate the Agile Release Train
• establish and communicate annual Program Increment calendars and planning schedules
• partner with the Agile Center of Excellence on Agile standards, practices, and governance
• facilitate ART ceremonies and events
• consolidate team objectives into program objectives
• oversee cross-functional technology initiatives
• manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalations
• use JIRA dashboards, program boards, and reporting tools to show delivery progress
• drive improvement through Agile maturity assessments and plans
• manage value flow, Program Tracking System updates, and financial governance.

Why this role
