What you'll do

  • Respond to crisis calls
  • provide short-term crisis intervention and referrals
  • use screening and assessment tools to evaluate risk and recommend care levels to the on-call qualified mental health professional
  • collaborate with emergency services, law enforcement, and medical professionals
  • develop safety plans
  • coordinate continuity of care
  • maintain referral contacts and timely documentation.
