The HVAC Installer role is onsite in Ocala, FL. Pay is $100,000–$120,000 per year. Jack Rabbit Services provides HVAC and plumbing services to customers across central and southwest Florida. The installer leads residential installation projects from start to finish, ensuring systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to company and code requirements. The role also supports customer experience through quality checks, troubleshooting, and professional communication with homeowners.

What you'll do

• Lead residential installation projects
• install and replace split systems, package units, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork
• read specifications and determine materials and equipment
• oversee installation helpers or crew
• perform quality-control checks and test systems
• troubleshoot installation issues and make adjustments
• maintain clean job sites, vehicles, tools, and equipment
• communicate with homeowners
• train and mentor junior installers
• follow safety procedures.
