Maintenance Supervisor — Property Operations

What you'll do

• Respond to work orders
• review scopes of work, assign service providers, and follow through on completion
• address emergency work orders after hours and on weekends as necessary
• source and negotiate vendor pricing
• manage maintenance and repair expenses
• maintain common areas, exteriors, unit interiors, and grounds
• prepare vacant units
• and document property damage, resident incidents, and liability issues.

Why this role
