Human Resources Specialist

Addison Group is partnering with a professional organization to place the specialist on its HR team, supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee programs, HR systems, compliance, and engagement. The specialist supports day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes while working with employees, managers, candidates, HR leadership, and external partners. The role maintains accurate records, coordinates recurring programs, and contributes to process improvements across multiple HR functions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, candidate communications, and records
• support internship and entry-level hiring
• coordinate onboarding and orientation
• respond to routine HR questions
• maintain employee records and workforce data
• support HRIS administration, reporting, and audits
• assist with performance management, training, engagement surveys, policy administration, and exit interviews
• prepare HR materials and support projects and process improvements
• handle sensitive information confidentially.
