What you'll do

• Provide hygiene care, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, linen changes, and light housekeeping
• prepare and administer meals according to the client’s diet
• take and record vital signs and, when necessary, height and weight
• assist with range-of-motion activities as defined by the plan of care
• document observed changes and report them to the Director of Nursing
• assist with walking and transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
• follow care policies and protect client rights.
