What you'll do

• Monitor inventory accuracy across three warehouse locations
• investigate discrepancies using root-cause analysis
• produce inventory performance reports
• maintain records that support purchasing and production planning
• monitor FIFO compliance and slow-moving or expiring inventory
• monitor bulk ingredient silo inventories
• lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits
• collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, production, and quality teams
• analyze operational data and recommend improvements
• develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• document and improve processes
• support WMS process mapping, testing, training, implementation, and future enhancements.
