Mechanical Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage commercial mechanical projects from award through closeout
• lead buyout, procurement, and subcontractor/vendor management
• maintain schedules of values, pay applications, and budgets
• process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• track cost and margin
• coordinate with general contractors, engineers, owners, and field superintendents
• review drawings and MEP coordination using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• run project meetings and report on schedule, cost, and risk
• promote jobsite safety.
