What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution from preconstruction through completion and commissioning
• direct onsite construction activities with field leadership
• serve as liaison among executives, clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• manage project strategy, schedule, budget, safety, and quality
• oversee forecasting, cost control, and change orders
• coordinate civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning teams
• recruit and manage key personnel
• promote a zero-incident safety culture
• coordinate with authorities, inspectors, and permitting agencies
• resolve construction and coordination challenges
• deliver contractual milestones.
