What you'll do

• Travel between apartment communities in the Salt Lake City area
• support leasing performance and occupancy priorities
• conduct apartment tours
• follow up with prospective residents by calls, texts, and emails
• pursue applications and signed leases
• manage renewals
• set and track leasing goals
• create social media content and resident events
• support property operations, resident accounts, and collections
• and work with onsite teams.
