What you'll do

• Manage multiple modular construction projects from inception to completion
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, quality assurance, and production
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• monitor costs and financial controls
• ensure building-code, safety, and regulatory compliance
• lead project meetings and resolve issues
• supervise onsite manufacturing activities
• mentor supervisors and production teams
• oversee quality control
• track productivity, quality, safety, and cost KPIs
• support continuous improvement.
