Junior Technical Project Coordinator

The Junior Technical Project Coordinator is an onsite contract role in McLean, VA, starting November 23, 2026. Pay is $32–$34 per hour. The role helps teams deliver reliable software changes by coordinating monthly releases, testing, infrastructure changes, incident communications and resolution, and technical documentation. It also participates in the on-call schedule and supports after-hours work on some Thursday and Friday evenings, with equivalent time off within the pay period.

What you'll do

• Lead monthly software release management processes
• drive code quality, perform manual regression testing, and support automated JUnit tests
• coordinate environment changes with infrastructure teams and impacted users
• coordinate incident communications, resolution, and root-cause analysis
• initiate projects and escalate issues
• create technical and knowledge documentation and procedures
• participate in the on-call schedule.
