What you'll do

• Lead client engagements and oversee project quality, scope, issue resolution, budgets, profitability, and revenue recognition
• develop client solutions and pursue new and repeat business
• advise senior client leaders
• lead, coach, and develop staff
• shape HEOR strategy and identify and implement AI applications in HEOR
• collaborate with data scientists, biostatisticians, health economists, and other partners on methods, tools, publications, and educational materials
• represent Parexel at conferences, publications, and regulatory and academic engagements
• plan service-line budgets and forecasts.
