What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals
• perform quantity takeoffs
• manage bidding schedules and internal bid reviews
• analyze equipment, labor, logistics, and mobilization costs
• obtain and evaluate subcontractor, vendor, and supplier pricing
• consult on scope and constructability
• lead preconstruction turnover meetings.
