What you'll do

• Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• advise clients on transaction-related financial risks, quality of earnings, working capital, debt and deal execution
• oversee engagement strategy, staffing, quality, risk, economics, and client satisfaction
• originate business and expand client relationships
• recruit, mentor, and develop senior professionals
• contribute to practice strategy, methodologies, tools, training, and thought leadership.
