• Support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.
• Provide managerial presence for all shifts.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
• Provide input to the director/manager for performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor compliance to policies, processes, and clinical priorities.
