What you'll do

• Support social and leisure activities at the day center and plan monthly community outings
• assist individuals with social skills, self-care, communication, and exploring interests
• accompany participants into the community
• maintain accurate notes and continuity of care
• complete paid training that may include First Aid and CPR, crisis response, medication administration, DSP, and documentation.
