What you'll do

• Maintain and repair building interiors, exteriors, systems, and fixtures, including heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, windows, flooring, walls, and doors
• troubleshoot appliances
• monitor maintenance and cleaning supplies
• perform vacant-unit make-ready work and painting as assigned
• implement preventive maintenance
• inspect for safety hazards
• complete resident work orders
• travel to suppliers as directed.
