Description
Reporting to the Napoleon’s Bakery Plant Manager and/or manager on duty, this position is responsible for pastry dough production in the facilities “Sheeting Room”. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:. Will operate heavy equipment as needed to sheet, roll and cut out various types of pastry dough. Able to hand shape, roll and cut various doughs.
