What you'll do

• Manage benefit eligibility, enrollments, and terminations
• reconcile monthly benefit invoices
• contact clients about renewals
• maintain employee and client records
• generate open enrollment notices
• answer questions about deductions and coverage
• audit terminated employees’ final deductions
• coordinate with Payroll and Accounting
• respond to Medical Support Orders
• handle confidential information.
