CTSS Mental Health Practitioner

Job overview

The CTSS Mental Health Practitioner role is based in Saint Paul, MN, providing in-home services and telehealth as needed. Pay is $23–$24 per hour. Roots Wellness Center provides care for co-occurring disorders and works to address disparities in behavioral healthcare. The practitioner delivers treatment-plan-based mental health skills services to help children and adults manage symptoms and build skills. The role coordinates with families and other providers, documents services, and supports culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and trauma-responsive care.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home mental health skills services and use telehealth as needed
• maintain a caseload
• coordinate services with healthcare providers and communicate with clients, families, and providers
• document services and progress notes
• participate in clinical supervision and meetings
• comply with DHS regulations
• maintain professional boundaries. Qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree and specified supervised experience, training, practicum, language, program, or graduate-degree pathways, or qualifying work-experience pathways.
