What you'll do

• Coordinate internal and external project resources
• drive schedules, scope, and costs
• support siting requirements and documents
• administer RFIs, submittals, requisitions, invoices, and change orders
• lead recurring project meetings and track actions
• coordinate change management and contracts
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• develop and review technical bid documents
• lead pre-bid meetings
• prepare stakeholder presentations and cost sheets
• report on progress, cost, schedule, procurement, safety, environmental, and design issues
• support E-Builder and storm/ERP response as required.
