The Lead AV / IT Technician role is onsite at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Compensation is not specified. The opportunity is contingent upon award and supports the Eastern Shawnee–Veracity joint venture’s federal-client work, including mission-critical initiatives. The lead technician manages daily audiovisual and information technology operations and serves as the senior technical lead for event support and complex troubleshooting. The role ensures system readiness across MSCoE G6 facilities while coordinating technicians, supporting events, and working with IT and cybersecurity personnel.

What you'll do

• Lead field technician operations and daily technical assignments
• provide Tier 2 troubleshooting and equipment repair
• install, configure, and maintain AV/IT equipment, networks, and control systems
• program and modify Crestron, Extron, or AMX systems
• perform preventive maintenance and maintain documentation
• lead event setups, rehearsals, and live support
• maintain equipment inventory and lifecycle data
• train junior technicians
• coordinate with MSCoE G6 IT and cybersecurity personnel.
