What you'll do

• Conduct resident assessments and develop service plans

• supervise and train caregivers and medication aides
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• participate in audits, surveys, and QAPI initiatives
• respond to health changes, emergencies, and family concerns
• manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical documentation
• maintain infection control and emergency preparedness
• participate in on-call rotation and support admissions and discharges.
