What you'll do

• Lead projects involving field force design and deployment, incentive compensation, customer targeting and call planning, alignment design, and ad hoc analytics. Partner with clients to design and implement solutions
• deliver executive presentations and recommendations
• support Axtria SalesIQ programs
• coordinate onshore and offshore delivery
• manage concurrent projects
• coach and develop teams
• contribute to hiring and thought leadership.
