The Deep Cleaning Crew Member role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with compensation of $14–$17 per hour. The position maintains cleanliness and sanitation across food-service outlets. The crew member cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment, dish and pot rooms, and restaurant areas; follows health and safety procedures; and helps keep equipment, workstations, and supplies orderly and ready for operations.

What you'll do

• Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen equipment, pans, smallwares, and back-of-house items
• operate and store kitchen machinery safely
• clean food-service, preparation, dish-room, pot-room, and kitchen areas
• remove trash and maintain dry, clear floors
• follow food-handling procedures
• maintain equipment through cleaning and preventive maintenance
• assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment
• follow cleaning schedules and closing lists
• report machinery concerns to the manager on duty.
