The role helps ensure portfolio properties comply with federal, state, and local affordable housing requirements. Through file audits, reporting, corrective-action tracking, and coaching, the specialist supports accurate property operations and resident eligibility processes.

What you'll do

• Audit tenant files for applicable housing program compliance
• prepare audit reports and track corrective actions
• review leases and eligibility documentation
• generate and document EIV reports
• maintain audit-ready records
• conduct monthly site audits
• coach property staff
• support lease-ups and onboarding
• update compliance forms
• monitor regulatory changes and escalate risks.
