What you'll do

• Answer, screen, and direct calls
• greet visitors and monitor access
• respond to patient and vendor inquiries
• receive and sort mail and deliveries
• maintain the reception and waiting area
• operate office equipment
• enter and retrieve data
• schedule patient appointments
• manage reception-area inventory
• complete end-of-day paperwork
• submit services to insurers and keep patients informed
• organize office materials and correspondence.
