The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is onsite in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $19.50–$26 per hour. Pavilion of Logan Square provides long- and short-term skilled nursing care focused on personalized, integrated resident care. Working under nursing supervision, the CNA supports residents’ daily activities and personal hygiene, monitors and records relevant observations and vital signs, and communicates changes to nursing staff. The role contributes to coordinated care and residents’ comfort and safety.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, transfers, walking, and exercise
• turn and reposition bedridden residents
• follow dietary restrictions
• measure and record intake
• observe and report wounds, bruises, behavior, and mood changes
• gather supplies
• clean rooms and linens
• record vital signs under nurse supervision
• respond to calls and needs.
