What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software-related CNC issues
• oversee installation, setup, calibration, alignment, and integration
• develop preventive maintenance programs
• mentor and train Level 1 and Level 2 field service engineers
• advise customers on performance and upgrades
• troubleshoot and program CNC controls
• maintain service logs and reports
• provide urgent onsite support
• follow safety protocols and customer requirements.
