The User Support Specialist role is an onsite position based in Bethesda, MD, with a salary range of $73,450 to $132,775 per year. This role supports the POSTMAN platform at Leidos, a DoD-wide workflow management system for Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). The role exists to provide software familiarization and discovery tradecraft to Intelligence Community users. The specialist will collaborate with team members and users to ensure the platform meets mission requirements and facilitates effective data retrieval for intelligence analysis.

What you'll do

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support intelligence insights.
• Collaborate with team members and IC users to understand requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise through outreach and engagement.
• Create training materials for users.
• Document and communicate user requirements to development teams.
