What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors
• follow site procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency-response activities
• verify credentials and manage visitor entry
• document access activity
• respond calmly to incidents and access concerns
• patrol assigned areas, entrances, exits, and the business perimeter
• maintain logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
