What you'll do

• Maintain transparency through status reporting and stakeholder engagement
• implement team maturity assessments and coaching plans
• monitor Agile coach and Scrum Master effectiveness
• maintain consistent Agile playbook practices
• align team outputs with business outcomes
• establish governance, documentation, engagement rhythms, risk and resource management
• assess program effectiveness and recommend adaptations
• manage program documents and report transformation progress.
