The role works with back-of-house and front-of-house teams to support consistent, timely service.

What you'll do

• Prepare and execute dishes at the assigned station
• follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• read and process food tickets accurately
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• complete prep tasks, stock ingredients, and set up the kitchen
• maintain storage and production areas
• collaborate with back-of-house and front-of-house teams
• follow sanitation requirements and tasks assigned by chefs and sous chefs.
