This work helps BHSI assess technology for business value and improve everyday workflows across the insurance lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Meet with business colleagues to identify tasks where AI may help
• evaluate AI tools and recommend approaches
• build prototypes and workflow automations using AI platforms and APIs
• write, test, and document code with engineering guidance
• create guides, prompt examples, and demos
• support training and office hours
• track solution impact
• apply privacy, security, and human-review practices
• present work to leaders.
