Job overview

The Technical Subject Matter Expert – SAP Guided Buying and Inventory Management role is onsite in Chicago, IL; compensation is $60 per hour. The role coordinates with project teams and business groups on SAP technical architecture and delivery. The position exists to connect business needs with SAP technical solutions, guide teams through system design and implementation, and keep technical deliverables on track. It contributes through architecture documentation, process analysis, best-practice guidance, and coordination across business and technology groups.

What you'll do

• Provide SAP technical architecture and subject-matter expertise focused on Guided Buying and Inventory Management. Guide the offshore team and collaborate with the BTS team on work management. Understand system designs and flows, recommend best practices, author architecture documents, coordinate project teams, and map current-state to future-state functionality. Gather and document user requirements with business groups and scientists
• manage deliverables and communicate progress. Use Agile processes and tools including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, and Balsamiq.
