What you'll do

• Lead, coach, develop, hire, and onboard a regional team
• set expectations for compliant field execution and customer engagement
• coach through field travel, ride-alongs, meetings, and business reviews
• ensure education for healthcare office staff on coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement, and affordability support
• translate portfolio and launch strategy into regional plans
• partner across functions on training, tools, workflows, and launch readiness
• monitor performance and compliance
• engage oncology and hematology accounts as appropriate
• capture and escalate field insights
• improve the team’s operating model.
