CREO Industrial Arts fabricates custom architectural products for projects designed by architects and other creative professionals. The role oversees assigned environmental graphics projects from planning through production and installation, keeping work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contract requirements. It coordinates clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to support accurate execution and quality delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop project schedules and critical paths
• manage budgets, estimates, and billing projections
• coordinate with clients and documentation teams
• research fabrication options and prepare samples, mock-ups, and prototypes
• conduct site surveys
• prepare RFIs, submittals, and permit documents
• coordinate subcontractors, production, quality inspections, shipping, and installation
• manage change orders and punch lists
• maintain project records and prepare project summaries.
