Reporting to the Community Manager, the specialist supports community operations by assisting prospective residents through leasing, preparing lease paperwork, supporting renewals, addressing outstanding balances, and helping organize resident activities to support retention.

What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents
• gather prospect information
• set appointments and show apartments
• generate quotes and secure deposits
• assist with rental applications and credit verification
• prepare new and renewal lease paperwork
• support renewal notices
• review resident files and accounting records for unpaid or late fees
• communicate with residents about balances
• assist with delinquency collection procedures
• help organize resident activities and newsletters.
