PLC Technician

Job overview

The PLC Technician role is onsite in High Springs, FL. Pay is $39 per hour. The position supports production and plant systems at Primo Brands, a branded beverage company focused on healthy hydration. The technician maintains and improves automation and equipment reliability by troubleshooting systems, programming and modifying PLCs, and resolving faults. The role also supports production teams through maintenance planning, waste-reduction work, training, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical malfunctions
• program and modify PLCs
• repair system faults and anomalies
• write and debug PLC logic
• troubleshoot instrumentation and automation equipment
• develop HMI applications
• perform maintenance and equipment overhauls
• identify and manage waste-reduction projects
• coach and train employees
• maintain reports and daily documentation.

Why this role

Schedule is 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime and on-call availability. Requires five or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience, PLC programming knowledge, and experience with compressors, chillers, water treatment, or boilers.
